Simulation Australia, in association with the International Serious Games Showcase (Australia & New Zealand), opened their third Simulation Australia Serious Games Showcase at SimTecT and SimHealth 2014 on 7 February.  The SimTect Serious Games Showcase is open to  Australian and New Zealand serious games developers.  Candidates can enter in the Student/Indies or the Government/Industry categories.

SimTecT Serious Games Showcase winners become automatic finalists in the Student and Business categories for the Serious Games Showcase & Challenge 2014.  Simulation Australia contributes funds for the winners to travel to Orlando, FL in December to showcase their games at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) and compete for awards in SGS&C 2014.
